First boil meat then place a side

Now take a vok and sautee ginger garlic paste in 4 tb sp oil

Now add in meat and fry for some time till looks a little golden

Add spices and tomates in it and cover with a lid and make the flame low.

When tomatoes get softened then increase the heat and fry it.

Add Julien cut ginger and green peppers in it.

Fry a little then add coriander leaves. Ready

Garnish with ginger and green peppers
