Bulgogi is one of the famous Korean food. In many bulgogi recipes you might find that Asian pears, kiwi, cola, or 7 up needed. But if you use steak meat, these ingredients aren not needed. Because soda, grated Asian pears/kiwi are often used to tenderize the meat.

Ingredients

  1. 400 grrib eye steak
  2. 1 tspBrown sugar
  3. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  4. 1 tbspChili paste
  5. 1 tbspSesame oil
  6. Black pepper
  7. 1Garlic
  8. 1Onion
  9. 1Spring onion (sliced)
  10. Sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Thinly sliced rib eye steak, place it in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add brown sugar, soy sauce, chili paste, sesame oil, black pepper, garlic. Mix it well

  3. 3

    Heat some oil in a non stick skillet

  4. 4

    Place the sliced steak in half part of the skillet, and place the onion in half other part of the skillet

  5. 5

    Let it cook until well done, and then mix the sliced rib eye steak with the onion, stir it evenly

  6. 6

    Stir in half of the sliced spring onion

  7. 7

    Taste it, add some salt if needed

  8. 8

    Place it in a bowl, add some spring onion and sesame seeds for garnish
