  • Oil for deep-frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and clean the pumpkin.

  2. 2

    Cut into strips and Pat them dry.

    Heat oil in a sufuria and once hot, put in the chips and fry them till well cooked. NB. Pumpkin doesn't become as crunchy as potatoes.

  4. 4

    Once done, remove and serve hot with sauce or a dip.
