Steps

In a bowl add chilli powder,Turmeric powder,salt, ginger and garlic paste and oil mix well and apply on fish pieces

Keep a non stick pan add 3 spoon oil and add the marinated fish pieces and cook for 10 minutes on both sides..add oil if needed when frying other pieces..

Don't fry for long. Time..if we fry for long time fish will become hard..

After removing from.pan squeeze lemon on fish,add onion rings and serve hot...
