Steps

Take 1 cup chickpeas and 1/4 cup corn flour. Mix well making sure to coat the chana well.

Deep fry the coated chana in hot oil. Stir and fry till the golden brown and crisp.once fried, remove the chana from oil and drain the excess oil.

Take another pan and add about 2 tsp oil add finely chopped garlic and ginger and chopped green chillies soute few seconds now add onion and capsicums to the pan and sauté for 2 mins.

Now add black pepper powder, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt to the pan.mix well.

Dissolve 2 tsp cornflour in 3 tbsp water and add it to the pan.Mix well and cook on high heat for a while. This will thicken the sauce.

Now add fried chana and mix well until the chana are properly coated.

Transfer the contents of the pan into a bowl. Chilli chana is ready to serve. Hot and yummy.
