Wash the cowtail and put in a pot

Set the fire and cook till soft

Put another pot on fire, add d vegetable oil and chopped vegetables

Fry them and add salt, spices and seasonings

Pour the cooked cowtail into the the fryed vegetable

Allow them to cook for some minutes and serve
