  • cubesKnorr seasoning
  • Halfripe plantain

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut the plantain,boil when is soft drain out the water.

  2. 2

    Heat up vegetable oil,fry onion,salt,knorr seasoning cubes,boiled plantain and washed sliced vegetable.

  3. 3

    Stir very well,turn off heat.
