Boil milk on high flame. Then lower the flame and give approximately 7-8 boils. Then add khoya (grated). Keep stirring the milk.

When the milk reduces to approx. 750ml add sugar, saffron milk, Elaichi, and chopped dryfruits. Give a boil. Switch off the flame. Let the milk cool.

After it is cool pour it into pots, cover it with foil paper and keep it in freezer for minimum 8 hrs. When it is set cut into Pcs. Ready to serve.
