Ingredients: 2 lbs carne picada shaved beef; 2 Tbsp canola oil; 1 medium onion, diced; 1 green pepper, diced; 2 garlic cloves minced; 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chillies; 2 Tbsp chili powder; 2 Tbsp cumin; 1 Tbsp oregano; to taste salt and pepper; Toppings of your choice

2 Tbspcanola oil
1medium onion, diced
1green pepper, diced
2garlic cloves minced
2 cansdiced tomatoes with green chillies
2 Tbspchili powder
2 Tbspcumin
1 Tbsporegano
to tastesalt and pepper
Toppings of your choice

In a saute pan add 1Tbsp of canola oil, pre heat

In batches sear beef adding oil when needed and place into crockpot

Add remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper, Enjoy!!
