In a large pan add the vegetable oil and heat.add chopped onions and cinnamon sticks. Stir fry for 5mins. Add the grated pepper and bay leaf,Add carrots and fry for 7mins to enable the carrots become soft.add the spices and seasonings, and the cinnamon powder. Stir for 2mins then add the raisins. Stir and lastly add the cooked rice. Stir and cover for 3mins on low heat. Serve and enjoy
