This is my own creation and I love doing innovations. I made it specially for my parents and they enjoyed it the most #cookpadRamadan
Steps

Take a round cutter and cut bread slices in round shape

Now dip slices one by one in egg and apply bread crumbs

Now fry these slices on medium flame until golden brown
- 4
Let them cool and prepare your egg mixture in the meanwhile

Mash boiled eggs and add salt balck pepper cabbage and mayonnaise

Mix well

Now cut bread slices from top and fill them with egg mixture
- 8
Crunchy merchant pockets are ready to eat
