Ingredients

15 minutes
5 servings
  1. Bread slices 5
  2. 2Eggs
  3. Bread crumbs as required
  4. 4Boiled eggs
  5. 1/4 cupCabbage
  6. 1/4 cupMayonnaise
  7. Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  8. 1 tspBlack pepper powder

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a round cutter and cut bread slices in round shape

    Now dip slices one by one in egg and apply bread crumbs

  3. 3

    Now fry these slices on medium flame until golden brown

  4. 4

    Let them cool and prepare your egg mixture in the meanwhile

  5. 5

    Mash boiled eggs and add salt balck pepper cabbage and mayonnaise

  6. 6

    Mix well

  7. 7

    Now cut bread slices from top and fill them with egg mixture

  8. 8

    Crunchy merchant pockets are ready to eat
