Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan.
Add one big sized onion finely chopped. Add 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste. Sauté well. - 2
Add one ripe big sized finely chopped tomato. Sauté till tomatoes turn glossy and soft.
Add salt, 1/4 turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/4 chaat masala,1/4 garammasala.

Sprinkle little water. Cover the pan. Allow masala to cook completely till it releases butter.
At this stage, add 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi. Stir and cook for 3 minutes. - 4
Add bread pieces, cut into small squares. 5 brown bread slices are used.
Mix all together so that every bread piece is coated well with masala. Slow roast for 3 minutes.

Slow roast under medium heat. Add remaining butter. Mix. Garnish with finely chopped cilantros.
Serve hot with ketchup / garlic mayonnaise. Enjoy.
