Ingredients

  1. 3-Boneless skinless Chicken Breast(cut in half and pounded out)
  2. 11/2 cupsItalian bread crumbs
  3. 1-cup grated parmesan cheese
  4. 1 tsppaprika, cumin, Italian seasoning, onion & garlic powder,
  5. Salt & Pepper
  6. 2-eggs (beaten)
  7. 1-cup milk
  8. 1-jar pasta sauce
  9. 1 cupfinely shredded mozzarella cheese
  10. Pasta of choice1
  11. 1-2 Tbsp.Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees and cook your pasta according to the package directions. When pasta is done drain and add butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning; toss and set aside.

    Cut chicken breasts in half, wash and pound out to 1/3" thick.

  3. 3

    Turn on stove top range to medium high heat.

  4. 4

    Blend together eggs and milk and a dash of pepper and salt for egg wash.

  5. 5

    Mix together bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, grated parmesan cheese, cumin, onion and garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.

    Dip chicken breasts into egg wash then dredge through the bread crumb mixture.

  7. 7

    Place chicken into a skillet with hot olive oil and sear both sides for 2 minutes..

  8. 8

    After searing the chicken breasts; place then in a oil sprayed baking glass or pan.

  9. 9

    Top with pasta sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.

  10. 10

    Bake @ 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Remove let cool down and serve over a bed of garlic noodles.
