Cook onion in hot oil,add ginger and garlic stir for about 4 minutes

Add marinaded chicken pieces, add mixed spice and tumeric mix it up and then curry powder and salt, cook for 5 minutes then add cooking cream let it simmer on a low heat

And garnish with coriander
