Ingredients

  • 1 bowlcooked plain rice
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1potato
  • 1carrot
  • 1 tspcumin
  • to taste salt and red chilli
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add cumin,saute onion,carrot,potato and tomato and saute again

  2. 2

    Now add all spices and mix,cook for a minute

  3. 3

    Add rice and mix well add lemon juice and serve.
