Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlcooked plain rice
  2. 1onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1potato
  5. 1carrot
  6. 1 tspcumin
  7. to taste salt and red chilli
  8. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  9. 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add cumin,saute onion,carrot,potato and tomato and saute again

  2. 2

    Now add all spices and mix,cook for a minute

  3. 3

    Add rice and mix well add lemon juice and serve.
