Ingredients

  1. 3Kirby cucumbers
  2. 2garlic cloves; minced
  3. 1green onion; chopped
  4. 1/4 cthinly sliced onion
  5. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  6. 2 tspKorean hot pepper flakes (gochugaru)
  7. 1 tspsugar
  8. 2 tspsesame oil
  9. 2 tsptoasted sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the cucumbers, hotdog style.

    Then cut diagonally into 1/4” slices (or however you prefer). Place in a bowl.

    Add the onions and garlic.

    Switch to a bigger bowl. Add everything else and mix! I like it served cold :) Enjoy!
