Ingredients

1 kgchicken boneless
1 kgboiled potatoes
1/4pkt noodles boiled
10-12green chillies
to tasteSalt
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspwhite pepper
1 tbssoya sauce
3eggs
Breadcrumbs
4-5 tbsMaida

Steps

Boil the chicken with salt peppers soya sauce and chop it with green chillies and boiled noodles

Mash the potatoes

Mix together chicken mixture and potatoes and give shapes

Roll the croquettes into maida dip in egg then coat it with bread crumbs.

Deep fry them
