Chicken bacon and chorizo pasta bows in a white cheese sauce

That's a long title alright but probably the tastiest cheese sauce pasta I have ever made. So worth it.

That's a long title alright but probably the tastiest cheese sauce pasta I have ever made. So worth it.
Steps
- 1
In a deep frying pan add the oil. Put your onions and garlic in and fry. Add your bacon chicken and chorizo and fry until the chicken is cooked. Season with black pepper and chilli flakes.
- 2
To construct the white cheese sauce add your flour to the frying pan, fry slightly and add your single cream. Mix well until homogenised. Add your milk and stock cube and lower the heat stirring continuously as it can stick. You can loosen the sauce with some boiling pasta water if it gets too thick.
- 3
In a pan of boiling water place the pasta and boil until cooked. Drain and add to the cheese sauce.
- 4
Plate and sprinkle with the dry basil.
