Take the bread slices and remove the sides

Peel the mango and grate

Heat a pan and add the mango pulp

Add salt and let it soft

Add sugar as it is soft

Add more than half of the nuts

Add nutmeg powder and remove

Take the slice of breads and roll it flat with the rolling pin and soak in milk

Now boil the milk and add sugar

Let it reduce and become thick

Now remove and keep aside

Place mango mixture in the middle

Roll the bread and keep into a bowl

Pour reduced milk over it and sprinkle chopped nuts and raisins

Refrigerate it and keep as long as wish to meat your midnight carvings.
