Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

Grease n dust your baking tin.

Weigh n sieve your flour and set aside.

Separate your one by one i.e Egg whites from egg yellow putting the whites in a mixing bowl and egg yellow in a different bowl.

Add vanilla essence into the egg yellow.

Whisk egg whites till very white n soft peaks form.

Add egg yellow with vanilla essence and continue whisking. Avoid over whisking.

Add sugar and whisk till sugar incorporates.

Fold in your flour quickly n gently.

Put your batter immediately in your baking tin and bake at 170 degrees for 40 mins or till fully baked.

Chill it once baked and serve when ready. Can be frosted or served naked.
