Ingredients

  1. 250 gmChicken fillets
  2. 2-3Breadslices soaked in half cup milk
  3. 3 tbspSoya Sauce
  4. 4 tbspChilli Sauce
  5. 2 tspChicken Powder
  6. 2 tbspGarlic Powder
  7. to tasteSalt and pepper
  8. For coating
  9. 1beaten egg
  10. 1 cupbread crumbs
  11. 1 cupcornflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Put Chicken in Chopper. Add bread, salt, pepper, soya sauce, chilli sauce, garlic powder, chicken powder and mix well. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Now grease hands with and make kabab.

  3. 3

    First coat in cornflour then in egg then in bread crumbs

  4. 4

    Shallow fry till golden brown.
