Dry roast moong daal on medium flame and roast it until it gets brown in colour. Keep them a side and let it the moong daal cool down grind the roasted moong daal.

In a bowl ginger moong daal, chilli powder all ingredients mix it properly then Add some water and mix it evenly. Prepare the dough add salt, and some oil rest to 15 mins.

Roll into Cylinderical shape and then divide it into 12 portion. Roll into flat disc then add mixture into the circle and pull in all sides together pinch it and seal it completely.

Roll it back into disc into 3/4 inches, Heat oil on very low flame add the six kachori into this oil.

Fry them until they turn brown colour for 8-10 mins. place them on absorbent paper. Khasta kachori is ready to be served
