Ingredients

As many potatoes as you can eat :)
rock salt
oil
pepper
butter
garlic

Steps

1

Sauteee diced garlic in butter until brown and set aside
2

Poke holes in the potatoes with a fork and cover in oil and salt.
3

Bake in the cookswell oven for 45mins or until soft in the middle.
4

Serve with the main dish of your choice and the garlic butter on the side.
