  • 3 cupssifted all purpose flour
  • 4eggs
  • 1 cupcooking oil
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • Lemon juice from 1lemon and zest
  • 1 cupbutter milk

    Assemble your ingridients

    Break eggs, add sugar, milk and oil then whisk

    Add the flour and whisk

    Put the butter in baking tray and bake in pre heated oven. Remove once cooked and let it cool
