Vegetable salad with meat

In a bowl cut out the meat into desired shape, wash and put in a pot.

Add a little amount of onions, spices, and sal add three cups of water. Cover and leave to cook for about 10 to 15minutes.

Cut out your veggies, wash, drain, and set aside.

When the meat is cooked add 2cups of vegetable oil into a fan and fry the meat until golden Brown.

Reduce the quantity of your vegetable oil to about 1/4 cup. And stir fry your veggies (cabbage excluded), now add the fried meat with a little amount of the water used in cooking the meat (about 1/4cup), into the veggies, stir and simmer for two minutes.

Now add some spices, salt, and curry to your taste. (Be mindful to taste before adding). Add the cabbage and simmer for another one minute. Ready to be served.
