  • 1/2 kgliver
  • 1 glassmilk
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Mixed spices

Steps

    Chop your liver in pieces

  2. 2

    Soak the pieces in milk for an hour

  3. 3

    Fry onions and tomatoes in a separate dish add in the liver

  4. 4

    Allow to fry !

  5. 5

    Serve with hot ugali or rice
