Sweet potato egg porridge

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into bite sizes

Cook in a clean pot, adding only water and salt

When the potatoes are cooked till tender, drain the water

Chop your vegetables into desired sizes

Place the pot back on the burner and put the vegetable oil in it

When it heats up, pour the chopped vegetables in, add a bit of salt and pepper and stir fry.

Move the vegetables to one side of the pot, pour the whisked eggs on the other side and scramble. Then, mix both eggs and veggies together
