Ingredients

  • 1big tuber of potato
  • Carrots
  • Spring onions
  • Green Beans
  • 2eggs
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil (1/4 cup)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into bite sizes

  2. 2

    Cook in a clean pot, adding only water and salt

  3. 3

    When the potatoes are cooked till tender, drain the water

  4. 4

    Chop your vegetables into desired sizes

  5. 5

    Place the pot back on the burner and put the vegetable oil in it

  6. 6

    When it heats up, pour the chopped vegetables in, add a bit of salt and pepper and stir fry.

  7. 7

    Move the vegetables to one side of the pot, pour the whisked eggs on the other side and scramble. Then, mix both eggs and veggies together

  8. 8

    Add the potatoes and mix well. Add a little bit of the potato water if it's too dry. Adjust seasoning and...

    Food is ready! Garnish with chicken or consume as is.
