Dice the onion and fry it in cooking oil.

Add crushed ginger and garlic in the cooking oil 2min after putting the diced onions and stir. Add salt to taste

Don't let the onions brown, add all the vegetables and stir, keep stirring until they are cooked medium

I cooked the kales separately. I fried with diced capsicum and a touch of garlic and ginger
