In a bowl add wheat flour salt and oil add enough water and make a soft dough

In a pan add oil add onion, garlic,carrot and cabbage and saute well.once it's cooked switch off the flame.

Take the dough and start rolling it to a round shape.if it's sticky add wheat flour and roll it.

Cut it into small rounds.now keep the cooked vegetables in the centre and start folding it or start fleeting it..make the shapes to Ur convenient.

Now steam the momos for 10-15 minutes.And serve hot

Boil tomato and red chilli for five minutes.deseed redchilli.remove the skin of the tomato

Grind red chilli garlic and tomato
