Ingredients

  • 2hard boiled eggs
  • 1onion diced
  • 1tomato diced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbspwheat flour..for thickening

Steps

  1. 1

    Hard boil your eggs for about 20-30 minutes...once cooked....run under cold water, and peel off the shell

  2. 2

    In a pan, heat up a little oil, add your onions, saute them till they turn pink...

  3. 3

    Add your tomatoes, salt, and pepper...let the tomatoes fully cook

  4. 4

    Stir your wheat flour in a little water...add it to your sauce that it thickens...add more water to the sauce if need be..let it cook for about 3-5 minutes

  5. 5

    Add in your eggs.. Slice them if you want...let them cook in the sauce for a few minutes....

  6. 6

    Taste to see if you need to adjust seasoning...

  7. 7

    Once ready, turn off the heat and garnish as you please
