Konafah cherry mousse cups

A cloudy soft and airy mousse topped with creamy whipped cream that will really exercise your taste buds and leave you craving for more, it’s so light to an extent that it tastes like that classic and fancy French soufflés. More over they’re very very easy to make as we will be using a ready made jello so there’s no that stress of making a fresh fruit jello mix. So let’s make it. #Ramadhanrecipecontest

Jello (I snapped a strawberry flavored one)

Ghee (clarified butter)

First empty the jello sachet in a container and add 1 cup boiling water
- 4
Then add 1 cup of cold water and whisk then allow it to slightly settle

Add 1 tablespoon of the ghee to a pot
- 6
Add the konafah and fry till golden brown.

Drain in a paper towel and set aside

This is how it will looks when it slightly settled

Whip the whipping cream with the 2 tablespoon of milk and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Then add the gelatin together with the 3 tablespoons sugar and whisk

Now add the konafah to your desserts cups and press

Then scoop the jello mixture and put it in the fridge to settle

Swirl the top with whipped cream and decorate with fresh fruits of your choice preferably cherries 🍒
