Do you remember the chocolate ice cream sauce called ice magic? It used to go solid when it hit the ice cream, I loved it! I saw some in the supermarket a while back but was so horrified by the ingredients list I couldn’t bring myself to buy it! Anyway, turns out you can recreate the effect with simple melted chocolate and a freezer 😋I used berries rather than ice cream as I was trying to create a twist on a fruit #salad. The children went nuts over this!

Steps

Cut the strawberries into 4 then lay all the fruit on a plate and freeze for about 20 mins

Melt the chocolate in a microwave, stirring every 15 seconds or so until it’s melted.

Drizzle the chocolate over the iced fruit, and ta da!!! 🎉
