Take one pateeli.add ghee,bayleaf, cinnamon,ginger garlic paste.mix it well.

Now add carrot,raisins, cashews,green chillies.bhoonify it well.

Now add soaked rice and salt.

Add water.

Cover it and cook it. For 6 minutes.when water reduced from rice put pateeli or pan on tawa to simmer for about 5 minutes.

Now rice becomes ready.

Now serve it with salad or raita. You can add fried carrot on the top while serving.
