Ingredients

  • 500 gmbaingan long / long brinzals
  • 1 tspred chilli
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspfennel,amchur,chaat masala,jeera powder ( cumin powder)
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbspcoriander
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspcumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash baingan slit from center and keep aside

  2. 2

    Now mix all spices in a bowl

  3. 3

    Take one by one baingan and fill with spices.

  4. 4

    Heat oil add cumin put all baingan in it and cook untill soft and tender
