Ingredients

6big size potato cut into chisp shape
5 tspgram flour
1 tsptermaric powder
to tasteSalt
3/4 tspblack pepper powder
1/4 tspbaking powder

Steps

First, take a bowl add gram flour & all ingredients add as re required water mix well batter neither thin nor thick keep aside.

Take washed chips deep them into batter then deep fry one by one till golden brown.

Serve with chutney and sauce.
