Soak udad dal 4-5 hour. Make fine paste in mixer. Now mix it until it becomes fluffy. Add cashewnuts and raisins in the batter.

Now take a kadhai to fry the Wada until it becomes light brown. Note not to add salt.Now soak Wadas in the warm water. Add some little salt in the water.

Now take curd and add one cup water and make it thick. Now add salt and sugar powder.

Add wadas in the curd and garnish with coriander and nylon sev. Dahi Wada is ready.
