In a bowl add maida, ajwain, oil, salt mix well

Add water as required and make a dough,cover it keep aside for 10 minutes.

For filling heat oil in a pan add green chilli, coriander, mix well,add besan, salt, red chilli powder,garam masala and roast for 2 minutes

Add potato, salt mix well cook for 2 minutes, keep aside

From dough make 16 to 18 toffes, roll each dough portion in long shape, with knife make some lines in the centre.

Take a little bit of filling and roll it in your fingers, place the filling in centre and seal the edges, pinch the top and bottom, potatoes toffees are ready.

Heat oil and deep fry them on medium flame till they are golden brown.

Potatoes toffees are ready to serve.
