2 cupsHorizon Organic half & half
2 cupsWhole milk
3/4 cupsugar
Pinchsalt
2 cupssliced strawberries,
1/4 cupfresh lemon juice and 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
3ripe bananas, pureed,
2 teaspoonsvanilla extract

Whisk together all ingredients until well blended and sugar has dissolved.

Pour into ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Once it is soft frozen, transfer to the freezer and freeze for a minimum of 6-8 hours.
