3/4 litremilk
1/4 cupsugar
4-5 spoonsBadam and pista grated
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
fewSaffron strands

Boil milk till it reduce to 1/4th.keep stirring now and then so that we can get skimmer,which is main in making basanthi.

Now add sugar, cardamom powder,badam pista and saffron.Switch off the stove.

Refrigerate and serve chill
