Steps

Soak Chana daal for 1/2 an hour.Clean all spinach and wash spinach leaves then cut them properly.

After that we add all this in pressure cooker with 3 glasses of water and add salt according to taste.After 4 whistle we switch off the gas.

Now we will prepare for tadka.First of all heat oil in pan then add cumin seeds and Hing,red chilli for 10 second after that we will use ginger and haldi, garlic cloves as tadka in it, garlic should be light brown then add red chilli powder in it.After that add daal in pan mix them properly.Add black pepper powder in it now mix them properly.Now palak Chana daal is done.

For more taste we can use ghee while serving.This is very healthy and tasty daal.
