1eno lemon
to tasteSalt
1 bowlcurd
1 tbspmustard seeds
5-6curry leaves
1onion slice
1tomato slice
2 tbsphot and sour sauce

Mix semolina curd salt.Mix nicely now add Eno.

Adjust in idli stand steam for 15 mins.

Now spread sauce and onion sliced and tomato.Cover it with toothpick

Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves spread ready to eat this idli burger.
