Ingredients

  1. 2potatoes
  2. 1carrot
  3. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  4. 1 spoongaram masala
  5. 7-8 spoonsoil
  6. To tastesalt
  7. As RequiredBread crumbs
  8. Few Coriander Leaves
  9. 1egg white or 3 spoon maida mixed with water

Cooking Instructions

    Cook all the vegetables

    Smash all the vegetables add salt and garam masal and coriander leaves.Make it to round shape and flatten it.

    Now dip it in egg or maida,remove and coat with bread crumbs.

    Place a pan pour oil and fry till it turns golden.
