I have taken eggs and a lot of veggies. Believe, that this recipe would check hunger of children and adults at the hungry time 5 p.m. It's nutritious ,tasty and loved by many eggiterians

Heat oil in a wok. Fry onion for 2 minutes.

Add green chilli, ginger, garlic, tomato and salt.

Cook till oil separates.
- 4
Add the veggies and rest all dry masala including turmeric powder. Cook till done.

Take eggs, milk, a pinch of turmeric and salt in a bowl and mix well till fluffy.

Add egg mixture to the cooked veggies and cook in medium low heat.

Mix the chopped leaves and black pepper powder.
Hot Egg Bhurji is ready to serve.

P.S. I always keep the prepared veggies in advance which can be used in sandwiches and as stuffing of chilla, thus saves time.
