Steps
- 1
Dry the gravy from the left over rajma by boiling it on high flame and making sure you keep stirring so that it doesn’t get burnt.
- 2
Take the dried rajma in a wide vessel and let it cool.
- 3
Add paneer, carrot, onion, capsicum, coriander leaves, potato and with the help of potato masher mash all ingredients well.
- 4
Add oats powder and season with dry masalas mentioned above and mix well.
- 5
Make small balls from the mashed dough, flatten them into tikkis and shallow fry them in a non stick pan till it’s brown from both the sides. Keep the flame on medium heat so that they turn crispy from the outside.
- 6
Serve with homemade green mint chutney.
