Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 ltrmilk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspsoda

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil 1/2 ltr thick milk in a pan.

    Add 1/2 cup sugar in the boiling milk

    Keep stirring continuously so that sugar caramelises in the milk forming thick

    Once the milk has thickened,add soda and mix well..

    Off the flame and sieve the milk made.If required,you can blend and then sieve it in a strainer.
