Pancakes are good for breakfast because it's an easy recipe that is tasty and provides energy for the body. I just love my homemade pancakes!

Get all the required ingredients

In a clean bowl, mix together all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt) until combined

Mix together wet ingredients such as eggs, melted butter and milk
- 4
Whisk together wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined like this

On a medium heat, preheat a griddle or nonstick pan
- 6
Scoop 1/5 or 1/4 of the pancake batter into the pan and allow to cook until bubbles are formed like this

Flip the other side of the pancake and allow to cook until golden brown like this

Your pancakes are done. You can serve with syrup or honey. Note: if you are serving your pancakes with soup, there is need for you to adjust the sugar measurement.
