Steps

Prepare your tin by lining with cupcake liners. Preheat oven to 175°c.

Sift flour, baking powder and soda, salt. Add sugar, whisk and set aside

In a separate bowl mix butter, milk, yogurt, egg whites, lemon juice and Essence. You can substitute yogurt with sour cream or buttermilk

Mix wet ingredients with dry. Whisk well. Finally fold in strawberry pieces. Divide batter equally, it gave me 15cupcakes

Bake at 175°c. If using fresh strawberries it will bake for about 30mins. Allow to cool and enjoy as desired
