Maa Chole dal butter tadka
Steps

First soak both maa (urad dal)-less than 1/2katori but you can take equal to chana dal-1/2katori)and
Chana dal-1/2katori both together overnight.
In the morning boil them with pinch of salt,pinch of turmeric powder,drops of oil,cloves-2,green cardemom seeds-1pod and water-about 2 katori
Now heat little desi ghee -1teaspoon and butter-2tbsp so that butter will not burn.
Now add cumin seeds-1tbsp,pinch of hing and saute them. - 2
Now add chopped ginger and garlic-1tbsp and saute them.
Now add chopped onion-1and saute it.
Now add chopped tomato-1medium size and saute it.
Now add green chilli and saute it.
Now add turmeric powder-1/2teaspoon,black pepper powder-1teaspoon,coriander powder-1teaspoon and salt as per taste and mix them on sim. - 3
Now add boiled dal with water and let it boil on sim till it mix well.
Serve hot with chapatties,naan,parathas or paper crispy roti.
