Cheesy Chicken Russian Cutlets

Boil and shred the boneless chicken and keep it aside.
Mash the boiled potatoes, mince ginger and garlic along with green chilies.
In the bowl add mashed potatoes, shredded chicken, grated cheese, salt and black pepper,ginger,garlic and green chilies crushed,lemon pepper,garam masala,mixed herbs,carrot,chopped onion,red and green pepper,coriander and flour. Mix well.
Keep the cutlets mixture in the fridge for an hour. - 2
Remove from fridge and make cutlets.
Now dip these cutlets in egg then cover with vermicelli.
Now it’s suitable for freezer.
Heat oil in the pan. - 3
Gently place the cutlets in hot oil and fry them over low heat until the cutlets get golden colour on both the sides.
Serve hot with your choice sauce or chutney.
