Mix flour and baking powder, sieve, set aside. Mash the avocado, set aside. Grease your baking tin, and dust with little flour.

Mix well sugar and eggs. Add the avocado and mix well till smooth.

Add the flour bit by bit as you mix, till its smooth.

Pour in the baking tin and bake for 1hr at 160' to 180'. Results: messy! Will try again next time.
